This site will help you fill out the forms you need to file your Small Claims lawsuit or counter-suit.

After you finish the questionnaire and review your answers, you will be asked to pay a convenience fee which can be paid using any of the following: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. This fee is separate from any filing fees required by the Court. For a limited time, the TurboCourt convenience fee is only $5.00.

Once your payment is accepted, you can print your completed forms.

When you want to file your case, mail or bring your printed forms to the court with the appropriate court filing fee.
